About my Program

This 3-month program will supply you with the tools and methods to feel more empowered and have more stable gut health as well as an enlightened awareness and confidence in dealing with difficult emotions.
 
Through addressing all multidimensional facets of yourself( the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual), as well as your personal and bio-individual needs, we will work together to get you in the right direction for the sustainable healthy lifestyle of your dreams.

Join me for an initial consultation for FREE, and then let's work out how best to move forward together.

• Weekly hour-long sessions rooted in your needs as a client, coaching through all aspects of lifestyle change and what that entails.

• 15 exciting plant-based recipe ideas that can have any protein choice added to them.

• Weekly journal prompts to guide you through your emotional health obstacles.

• Weekly basic challenges to help you get into intentional productive action.
