Meet Farrah
Holistic Health Coach & Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
However great my relations to food have become, there is not to say that there weren’t bumps and hiccups along the way. I grew up in the modelling industry which led to poor food habits early on in life. I felt it all from disordered eating habits, and body dysmorphia to chronic binge eating cycles. I too understand that food can cause immense anxiety and stress. It can grow into a means to fill an empty void or to swallow hurtful emotions in the hope of their disappearance.
Finally discovering that my endlessly hurtful food cycles and habits weren't purely about the food or my body, was a true turning point for me. I needed to work on my relationship with myself, and every encompassing aspect of what I believed I deserved, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. As a woman in this day and age, to be able to get over the fear of taking up space, to break through the generational and societal trauma of what it means to be a woman is one of the most freeing feelings out there. To gift yourself a blank page, with the pen in your own strong hand.

Through my adulthood, my relationship with food and health matured and grew into an act of love and care. A time to socialise and become creative with friends, and a means to a healthier and happier life. I truly get a sense of pure joy in sharing meals with those I love, preparing a dish rooted in the intentional act of nourishment for each body. I now view food as a way to hear my body's cues, a chance to deeply heal from within, and a daily commitment to self-love.

I can't wait to work with you and empower you to live a healthier and happier life!
